I posted this someplace else with a title "hot sand" only that was a lie. It's perfectly room-temperature sand. In fact, because of the kind of nerd that I am, it's "sea sand, washed" from Fisher scientific (which even came with a rather funny MSDS suggesting it not be ingested and that a doctor be called if it gets in your eyes..) The usual kinbaku approach would be hot wax or something unpleasant but I thought that sand would fall attractively and sure enough, it did!

She said it tickled. :) So I guess it was hardship after all.

Well, I go to insane lengths on some things but not on others. But you've got me thinking.

Usually what I do is throw all ideas into a big bucket. The ones that float to the top get done. Sometimes I ram an idea down to the bottom with a stick and it keeps floating back up. That means it's really got to get done.

I like the idea of doing some kind of book, I admit it. Just because I love books.

I came up with the title from the side of the can of clown white that I used. :) It really seemed to fit, somehow.

The sand was in a little cream-dispenser so I could pour it in a thin stream.

Kink is like Fine Art, both are defined by the individual. Having said that my definition of kink is usually what uptight morally rigid folks apply to anything that secretly excites them. Like Fine Art it's a pretty useless label.

Now I want to go build a sand castle!
