Lighting is one large octodome 45 degrees off camera axis. This image is a good illustration of why I enjoy using large diffusers - note the size of the reflection on her thigh. If I were using a smaller softbox the reflected hot spot on her thigh would be smaller and would come across to your eye as being more intense. Post-work is clean-up, channel mixer monochrome conversion (50% red 50% blue) hue/saturation adjustment (peach color +8, colorize) and a very slight levels tweak.
(Yes, it is OK to use this image as a reference for painting or sketching but please do not use it as source material for photomanipulations)

I just thought you should know that your classic style figure studies are fantastic. My figure drawing teacher really loves when I sketch from your photos during the week. I would love to see more of them (but I love your other stuff too, so whatever)!
