I'll let you in on a little secret about how I do these: I usually shoot 30-50 frames during the course of the scissors-work. When I post a series, I just start picking frames in sequence and post-working. I don't decide in advance how many frames I'll use; it's just "however many look right." So, right at this moment, I don't know if there are 2, 5 or 10 more frames to go.
