Drop the title; the pose is sufficient, the roman numeral is faux serious/pompous. The far breast, in this shot is either too out, or not enough in, and as is, raises an equivocation that I'm guessing you did not intend. If you did intend: then I find it a distraction, and thereby a weakness. Otherwise a stunning photo.
