Model is Stacy.

She was just too darned cute in this, so I urged her to keep it. Flying home that day, she went to the airport wearing the sweater, with her nose-paint still on. People would stop, stare, and then huge smiles would light up their faces. Stacy was a cute-bomb going off and cheering everyone up. Oddly, nobody said anything to her - it was as if they were afraid that it would break the spell.
