We pulled out of San Francisco on wednesday mid-morning, stuffed with pancakes, bacon, and orange juice...

...It's a nice long drive to LA, with a straight shot down the freeways into a sea of immobile cars. I love LA traffic. At first I think "all these people are mad!" and then I realize that I am part of the vast school of cars, and relax, and follow the bumper ahead of me.

We get to Pasadena and I'm starving. "Thai food!" I announce. Sarah calls and we decide to meet at the Pie 'N Burger for dessert. Yum.

Clowning around in the cool evening breeze.

Tired. We find a hotel then it's up for breakfast and off to shoot with . After a week sitting in traffic, we stop for breakfast at the North Hollywood Diner.

Tonight, we hit the road toward Phoenix, AZ. We'll probably stop at some motel on the way. Driving in the desert at night makes me happy, for some reason - I think it's all the stars.
